European and International Criminal Law Series

The European and International Criminal Law Series is devoted to exploring the new and rapidly developing fields of European and International Criminal law. The European Criminal Law segment of the series aims to facilitate discussion on the development of criminal justice in the European Union. It will explore various issues of European Criminal Law including,- the European Union’s involvement in the containment of terrorism and organised crime, penal aspects of European Union Law, and the role of international police co-operation in the sphere of criminal investigation within Europe. Whilst the International Criminal Law segment of the series aims to encourage writing which addresses substantive issues of International Criminal Law in particular, general principles of criminal law such as offences, defences and excuses, sentencing, the mental element and enforcement.
